This website is operated, issued and communicated by Fundsmith SICAV (the “Fund” or “We”). The Fund is an umbrella fund with segregated liability between sub-funds incorporated as a société anonyme (public limited company) which qualifies as a société d'investissement à capital variable (investment company with variable capital or SICAV) under Luxembourg law and registered with the Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés under number B164404. The Fund is authorised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (the “CSSF”) as a UCITS subject to Part I of the law of 17 December 2010 on undertakings for collective investment, as amended. The Fund has its registered office at 10 rue du Château d'Eau, L-3364, Leudelange, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
